• Large loading vessel allowing easy rollover of boxes. Stem removal shaft and stainless-steel mesh to separate the grapes from the stem. Equipped with large stainless-steel pump to transfer the wort to the barrel.
• A powerful electric motor that, thanks to belts and chains, activates all mechanisms such as the upper screw, the detachment shaft and the lower screw for dragging crushed grapes into the pump. Thanks to the removable rack and the possibility of opening like a book, optimal cleaning is possible in all parts of the machine.
• The quality of the supports gives a guarantee of the robustness and reliability of the machine over time. Maintenance is not demanding, but it is necessary to keep the product in good condition for a long time.
