DESCRIPTION

All ROVER POMPE decanting electric pumps are under warranty. The materials used provide all the predicted performance provided they have proper use and regular maintenance.They are very reliable pumps, self-suction, self-filling and additionally simple to clean. They meet the most stringent transfusion requirements. In addition, their application exists where corrosion conditions do not require the use of an acid-resistant pump.

Their use is like emergency pumps. They withstand the action of liquids of any type, for short periods of time. Their peculiarity is mainly that they have an electrical switch, which regulates the rotation of the DOUBLE TIME motor: to the right and / or to the left.

It concerns this classic self-suction pump, side liquid ring, with star geometry impeller. This special hydraulic technology gives it an excellent self-filling ability even if the flow of the liquid to be decanted into the suction tube (presence of air bubbles or other gases) is discontinuous.

Transfusion fluids:

It is particularly used in decanting or transporting liquids that have undergone clarification such as:

• WINE
• MUST
• VINEGAR
• MILK
• SOFTENED WATER
• WATER WITH SALT
• ORGANIC SOLVENTS
• FERTILIZERS IN EMULSION
• OIL whose viscosity is not higher than 4 (four) degrees ENGLER or 30 (thirty) degrees CENTISTOKES.

The liquids to be decanted must be:

1. Neutral and clean.
2. Contain a small amount of suspended solids at most 0.2-0.5%.
3. Have hardness and granulometry characteristics such as not to damage the internal friction surfaces of the pump.
4. Also in the worst cases, a tight mesh filter, installed on the suction tubing, can be useful.
