• Their composition is based on the international regulations on permitted substances during winemaking.
• By adding pastille No. 1 before fermentation begins, the must is sterilized and the yeast is sorted, leaving the most efficient to grow.
• The addition of lozenge No. 2 provides the food that the yeast needs.

• One pastille of Mustoli No. 1 and one Mustoli No. 2 per 100 kg of must.
• Powder the similar Mustoli No. 1 lozenges and mix them with 500 ml of water.
• You will then add the solution to the wort and swirl.
• After 3 hours you will use the Mustoli No 2 lozenges, after making them powder and mixing them also with 500 ml of water, throwing them into the must while mixing.

The package contains 5 Mustoli No 1 lozenges and 5 Mustoli No 2 lozenges.
