Return Policy
Product returns are borne by the customer. Necessary condition for the return of products is that it is done within 14 calendar days and you have in your possession the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (eg, Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice / Shipping Receipt, etc.).
Unjustified Consumer Withdrawal (article 4 § 10 of Law 2251/1994, in combination with JMC Z1-891 / 2013)
The special right of the consumer for unjustified withdrawal
Especially in the case that the user / customer is a natural person (ie not a legal entity, even non-profit) who buys products remotely from the online store oinos-meli.gr exclusively for his private use and not in the context of his professional activity ( hereinafter referred to as “the consumer”) is entitled to withdraw unreasonably from the distance purchase of a product within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of physical possession of the product to the same or his authorized representative, as provided in the above 15, returning the product to its original condition. The withdrawal of the consumer is unjustified, without the consumer being obliged to cite reasons justifying the withdrawal, as well as without financial burden on the consumer, with the exception of the charge for the cost of returning the product and any reduction in the value of the product. cases mentioned below.
The customer is obliged to keep the proof of purchase and present it during the change. If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender.
How to exercise and deadline
The unjustified withdrawal of the consumer from the distance sale is carried out in any convenient way and means chosen by him, who nevertheless bears the burden of proving its timely exercise (within the exclusive period of 14 calendar days from the acquisition of physical possession product as above). The online store of the COMPANY, for the convenience of the users / consumers, proposes the following alternative ways of exercising their right of unjustified withdrawal:

Upon receipt of the consumer’s declaration for the exercise of the right of unjustified withdrawal, oinos-meli.gr will send the consumer a written confirmation of receipt of the exercised right of withdrawal. It is pointed out that for the calculation of the above fourteen-day deadline for timely exercise of the consumer’s right of unjustified withdrawal, only the time of submission of the withdrawal statement is taken into account, regardless of the time of receipt by oinos-meli.gr.
Exceptions to the application of the consumer’s right of unjustified withdrawal
Exceptionally, the right of the consumer to unreasonably withdraw from the distance selling contract shall not apply, and the consumer may not return the purchased product without compensation, in the following cases:
In cases where the packaging has been opened or the products have been used, as their use is clearly outside the scope of the usual examination of the product to determine its nature, characteristics and function, as it would take place in a physical store , making the product used.
In the event that the consumer has made only electronic (on line) or telephone booking of a product, without obligation to pay, in order to buy it from the physical store, as this transaction does not constitute a distance sale, to which only the right of the consumer to unreasonably withdraw.
It is understood that in all the above cases, as in any case, the consumer retains in full his general right to withdraw from the contract of sale and return of the product due to legal or factual defects or lack of agreed properties that he finds upon receipt and its use, in accordance with the general provisions of articles 540 et seq. of the Civil Code, article 5 of law 2251/1994 and the other provisions of protection of the consumer and the buyer in general.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all the money we received from you, definitely within 14 calendar days from the day we will be informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract except for the return costs of products charged to the CUSTOMER.
We will make the above refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged for such refund unless you offer a different refund. means of refunding your money (from the one you used in the initial transaction) at which time you will be charged with any costs of using www.oinos-meli.gr, of this different instrument, which (costs) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

You must return the goods or deliver them to us, without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day you stated to us that you are withdrawing from this contract. You can send us the product following the procedure below:
First you pack the products in the box in which you received your order. Inside the package you place the completed withdrawal form (doc.) That you received attached to the e-mail confirmation of your order and finally send the parcel to the address
Defective products
In case of a defective product, contact our Company for its replacement. Our Company will replace the product if the conditions of the law are met and the present terms of the Company are observed. In case of product return, if the consumer explicitly wishes to be replaced, he will receive by e-mail a discount coupon code of equal value for the purchase of another product (s), with which he can place a new order or simply replace the product he returns.
Remarks
Oinos-meli.gr reserves the right to abolish or legally modify its return policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website. In case of repeated returns by the consumer, oinos-meli.gr reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of product return, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (art. 281 of the Civil Code) .
If the above legal procedure is not followed or the legal conditions for the return of the product are not met, then it will be returned to the consumer, who will be charged with the packaging and shipping costs.
