* Make sure you have filled in your mobile phone correctly when ordering in order for the transport company to contact you.
The shipment of the products is made through the courier company (courier) ACS and is from 3 € for orders up to 3 kg. For orders from 4 kg to 4 kg the cost is 4.35€, for 4 kg to 5 kg the cost is 5.70€ and only 6.2 euros for orders up to 11 kg, each kilo an additional +1.20 €. Even in some products to reduce shipping costs it is possible to send via ELTA. For orders over 20 kg or for bulky items the shipment is made with a transport agency by arrangement. In case you have chosen a method of payment by cash on delivery then the cash on delivery charge is 2.5 euros.
After the departure of the shipment, you receive an email with the shipment number (tracking number).
Delivery of orders from oinos-meli.gr to the cooperating courier company takes place daily Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturday shipments are made until 13.30.
The goods travel on behalf of and at the risk of the buyer.

Delivery time
Upon completion of your order, the shipment is made immediately and the delivery to the customer takes place within 2-3 working days for large urban centers and 3-7 working days for inaccessible areas. For areas marked as “inaccessible” by the courier, this time may vary.
